Heather joined Butler County Probate Court in November, 2015. Prior to her service in Probate Court, Heather spent over 13 years as a Magistrate in Butler County Common Pleas and then entered private practice in Oxford, Ohio.

Heather graduated from the Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, IN. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati and a Paralegal Certification from the College of Mount St. Joseph in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Heather has been actively involved with the Drug Court Programs as well as Civil Commitments. She has been a guest lecturer for the Ohio Supreme Court Judicial College as well as the Butler County Bar Association. Heather is active in her community. She is a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in West Chester where she has taught for the early childhood religious education program. She is also on several committees at Mother Teresa Catholic Elementary School in Liberty Township.
