Welcome to the Butler County Probate Court. Our mission is to protect the interests of the disabled, oversee the administration of estates, maintain court records for public access, adjudicate issues fairly and efficiently, and promote confidence in the judicial system.

Monday through Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm, excluding holidays

**NOTE** All hearings scheduled for 8:30 am docket are internal court reviews - NO Appearance Required.

The Probate Court will be closed on June 19, 2023 in observance of Juneteenth Day.

The Courthouse entrance has moved due to construction. Please follow the signs to the temporary entrance.

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER

September 15, 2021 - Judge John M. Holcomb of the Butler County Common Pleas Probate Division makes the following find of fact:
Effective Wednesday, September 15, 2021, the Butler County Common Pleas Court Probate Division will limit the number of people in the courtroom to a maximum of 15 people to include the court staff.
